At Denali Performance Apparel, we stand by the durability of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items with all tags attached into a secure shipping mailer and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
